USA Charity Anywhere gave this award to Dr. Washington Zambrano and Maria Zambrano. The award was a helping hand reaching down for another hand. They had a slide and speaking presentation that I think is on their website. 20 years of service and over a million served.
We are posting another expedition to Tijuana Mexico on Oct. 10th – 22nd. It will be a construction project.

The week before last was a pretty dreadful one in that five children died – four on our program – in just one week. One was HIV positive, another had hepatitis. There were three from one community. The guys went out to investigate and found a contaminated water source. In comparison we had eight in the whole of last year.
There is no doubt that the situation is getting worse and the Muni and health services failing to address it.
